Very pleased with my cup, especially since I had to reorder because I made an error with shipping address on initial order, I was offered replacement cup for half price and I quickly took them up on that. Very proud of my service and also pleased with this reminder of that.
It took a little longer than expected to get it but was worth the wait great product love it
I order two coffee mugs with U.S. Navy logo and my naval rank graphics Once, they arrived there was an issue with my order. The next day I emailed them. I heard back the next day. The mission statement was very clear about customer satisfaction. All, I can say they lived up to their mission statement. Thanks for replacement cups.
